Cancellations
Please give us 24 hours notice prior to canceling any appointment.
Clothing
As a complimentary service, robes will be provided proir to being serviced, as a precaution to keep personal clothes clean and dry.
Payment
We accept personal checks, credit/debit cards and cash only.
Punctuality
We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This will allow enough time for preparation leading to the service. Please be courteous of clients to follow as we try to stay on schedule to respect everyone’s time.
Personal Possessions
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal articles please remove them before receiving a service.
Cell Phones
In an effort to create a relaxing environment for everyone, we ask that you please silence your cell phones while being serviced. We appreciate your cooperation.
No Smoking
This is a smoke-free salon to ensure a healthy atmosphere for all our guests.
Parking
Convenient parking is available in the rear of the building where the salon is located.
Returns
Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for credit only.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change in accordance to hair length and texture.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire within one year of purchase date.
Medical Restriction
As your safety is very important to us, please advise us of any medical conditions that may interfere with your well being or any chemical process that may take place.
Children
For safety and insurance reasons, children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the work area unless being serviced. We love children but we would never want to compromise their safety as there are sharp and hot tools on at all times. We appreciate your understanding.

Our number 1 priority at all times is customer service and satisfaction. If for any reason you have any questions or concerns regarding the salon you may ask to speak in private with the salon owner.
